New router

I phoned my BT agent at 1.55pm today, and pleaded with him for a new router, asap. He said it would be next week, I explained that my brother and sister in law had come over for the weekend with express purpose of looking at cruises on line and without internet access it would be futile. He relented and said that he would configure a new router for me and if I met his assistant at our local garage in 30 minutes I could have it, job done.

Met Maggie, router handed over, came home and proceeded to install the thing, but it wouldn't install properly, phoned the 'help desk' , eventually got it working, so am a happy bunny, and yes Sarah I have the WEP key enabled, so my wifi is secure.
