Strasbourg-by day and night

We took the park and ride tram into central Strasbourg and walked ALL day.  It's a beautiful city, spoilt only by the incredibly ugly European Parliament building, which luckily is situated on the outskirts of the town.  This is the "Petite France" area with les ponts couverts (covered bridges) which are lit up at night.  In the evening we had a traditional tarte flambee  from the Alsace region.
