Eve and Mr B won her new trail-a-bike in an eBay auction yesterday and disappeared off to collect it quick sharp. They were itching to get out on it today and Zeke was relieved to discover that he wasn't excluded from the cycling fun. So much happiness on that bike.

A busy day attending the ICO conference with my lovely friend, Gareth, who stayed with us last night. So nice to catch up with old pals - especially the ones who are constantly lovely!
