Swimming!

Well the boiler bust yesterday and after some extensive googling we thought it best to ring the plumbers. Again! The plumbing in this house is useless and this is the second time we've been without heating in as many months!

It was freezing when we woke up this morning so we got dressed quick and got out. P was back at school today and was excited to see the diggers have started building the new class rooms.

Me and A then went swimming. He loved it and wasn't a bit fazed when he got splashed or went under the water. He really is my little water baby.

This afternoon whilst A napped I did the ironing to keep warm. Mr J says he'll turn the heating off more often!

We walked to get P this afternoon. It was lovely and warm so we popped to the park on the way home. A now likes to copy P by trying to walk up and down slides instead of sliding down them. He loves to be just like her and no amount of coaxing from me would make him sit on his bottom.

The plumber came and diagnosed the problem with the boiler but said he couldn't fix it today. Instead he left us with two fan heaters. Gee thanks!
