Rangitoto sunrise

This morning I went early across the bridge so that I could run from the unit before work. Went along Shakespeare Road to Milford and then on to Milford Beach where I ran along the beach to the lava flow which pokes out into the Hauraki Gulf and separates Milford from Takapuna Beach. 

A day of contrasts, with trying to sort out the needs of some complex presentations, and one wonderfully effective whanau (family) meeting where everyone left pleased with the outcome. Makes all the rest worthwhile.
