Fixing a Loose Tile...not for the faint hearted!

I was down in Cromer dropping off my daughter Jess on the bus to college and getting the shopping when I saw this fellow, with a ladder walking along the parapet and proceeding to climb the roof.
The tower of Cromer church reaches to about 160 foot, so I guess he must be at least 80 foot above ground.
