Fabulous weather today.  Went for a walk with M this morning: she is doing the 'walk in her footsteps' challenge, so aims to walk 10,000 steps per day to think about the many women who walk 10,000 steps per day just to collect water for their families.  We did just over 5 miles, and I would happily have gone further in the sunshine.

Tidied the garden a bit in the afternoon, and spent an hour chatting to my neighbours, so I was outside most of the day, which was a real pleasure.  In the evening, we had a long, stunning sunset - the sea turned red.
