Top Shelf

With the flooring finished and the book cases now built it was time to empty eighteen large boxes full of books. I started off with some sort of system based on genre but by the end was just piling them in wherever.

This is a selection of Mrs Smith's early work which was destined for the top shelf. Artfully and appropriately laid out on an unmade bed, this stuff doesn't just happen by accident you know.
