What a glorious day. Plus I had a few gallons of Guinness to burn off so once I'd written a presentation on intellectual property I headed out in scorching sun. Straight into freezing fog which was so cold my gloves iced up. It stretched from Musselburgh to Aberlady but once I'd climbed up to Gullane the sun was winning again so I pushed on to North Berwick for a wee rest and a blip before heading home. Managed 100km which meant I got a wee digital badge on Strava which made me absurdly pleased. Celebrated with a glass of wine in the man pod with MrsS.
