& a full tummy & a warm bed.....

only got out of my bed at 5 this afternoon.... well technically I got out at 8.30am & curled up on the sleeper couch in the living room... feeling pretty rough this morning, my head pounding, throat sore, chest hurting... everytime I try to speak I have a coughing fit.... not nice.... so I stayed in bed, watched tv, read my book.... & slept on & off till I dragged myself out to cook....

so being as active as I was today this is what I have for today... it's a rock Teegan found at Auchmithie yesterday, & a tiny one that I picked up too....
