Well, as part of my training for the Ride London 100, I've got to lose a bit of weight. A stone would be great. Not carrying around the equivalent of 7 bags of sugar has got to make life easier. This book has lots of nice recipes, low carb for non exercise days and normal carb for a work out day. Today its sweet potato cottage pie. Very nice!
