Preparations

We start a 2 day event in Friday with some 60+ members of the children's hearings community - most of them volunteers - to consider leadership and how we might improve leadership in the system.

Today has been finalising the details then spending the evening making sure the preparations are in place for the next couple of days.

A long day and a long evening for several of the team but we feel ready.
