Rome helping us build

A high energy day with the leadership event for the CHS national team and volunteer leaders from the area support teams, of which there are 22.

We have been working in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group one of whose teams have been supporting our work with those volunteers.

We've looked at leadership and what it means for each of us; where we are individually and collectively on the change curve since CHS went live in 2013; and what our individual preferences /"colours" are. In other words do we tend to reflect and plan before action?, control and direct?, Plan carefully before acting?, check to ensure people are on board? And how we relate/ understand to each other.

Before dinner we had 2 youth musical events. The first was a rapper Thomas from Tinderbox functions. The second was a band called "Rome". Each in their own way brilliant and each from Edinburgh. All helping us to build our leadership event.
