2016 Wednesday -- View from My Office

This is what's leftover from last Saturday's 25th Anniversary Celebration at the college where I teach. The tent top has remained all week because another event will happen at the end of this week.

Early this morning standing in my office, I noticed the letters shining in the sunlight and thought of the contrast from last Saturday evening's celebration when the place was filled with people, with eating, with laughter, music, dancing, with celebration.

Sometimes I need the contrast to truly grasp what I have and to be reminded to enjoy and celebrate while I have it.
