Lake Como

Taxi picked us up at 5.30am and we had breakfast at Heathrow. Our flight to Milan left at 7.40am. We arrived just before 11am. We went straight to the car hire desk to pick up our car but there was a very long queue.
We arrived in Argegno around 1pm and went straight for lunch. The weather is glorious with a beautiful blue sky and very warm so we Saturday outside overlooking Lake Como.
We then went to meet the woman who had the keys to our apartment. The views from the apartment are absolutely fantastic.
We walked back into town and caught the funicular up the mountain. The view was amazing. We only had an hour there as the last funicular back was at 4.30pm.
Later on in the we evening we went out for a meal.
