Rifugio Menaggio

We'd planned to get up really early but it was 10am by the time we got out of the apartment. We drove to a village called Breglia where we left the car and walked up to Refugio Menaggio. It took us about an hour and a half to get to the top. My feet were killing me when we finally arrived. We had lunch there and chilled for a little while.
I didn't enjoy the hike down. I always find going down much harder.
We were back in the apartment at 4pm. Just in time to see the second half of the Wales v Italy rugby match.
In the evening we went to a restaurant called Cafe Colombia.
