44/365:: OLIVE OIL •

My Brother in-law is as obsessed with fine Olive Oil as I am with coffee and photography. This is an offering of estate select oil from the farm where it was grown in Greece.
I can't tell you in words how good it tastes. But I will say this, a loaf of fresh crusty bread and some cheese will make this disappear immediately.
