I was her assistant this morning. She made scrambled eggs. For real. Butter in a cold pan. She cracked the eggs into it. Constantly bringing them together, through the butter as the heat starts to thicken the mixture. A sprinkle of grated cheese right at the end and serve. Watched her do the whole thing. My inner #gordonramsay is tap dancing ....Toast is coming Chef!!(sorry!!!)
