Running

Working today, then made a quick dash to the station to say farewell to Alastair for another week. It was a beautiful evening so I decided to break out of my winter hibernation and go for a run. I felt like a lead elephant, and went neither particularly far nor particularly fast but it's a start at least! I'm a totally non commitall runner, I have no motivation to run in the rain/cold/dark, can sometimes cope with one of these at a time, but as winter seems to contain two if not all of these I prefer to wait for spring!
