a pair of washing tongs (two quid for goodness sake)
a length of black wire
an ancient vacuum cleaner
a hand mower and
a drain cover

your task is to make a vessel worthy of escaping the Yorkshire monsoon floods. And elf and safety, yes, of course we have provided a life-jacket.
