Community Art

This large mosaic decoration lies at the entrance to Almonvale shopping mall in Livingston.It is made up of rounded pebbles and each one was laid in place by hand. The artist is Maggie Howarth who has been creating mosaic works all over the country for the past 25 years..
It is difficult to get high enough to photograph the whole. This was taken from the multistory car park between lamposts.
