Patches of sunlight ..

around Oxenhope.

We set out from Oxenhope Station on the Worth Valley Railway and climbed up above Leeming, seen in this shot, to Thornton Moor to walk a 7 mile circuit of the village seen in the background.

The sun came and went throughout the morning and there was a cool wind on the moors but it was dry and generally firm underfoot making a good walk with great views.

Thank you Corinthian and R again for organising the walk and driving. I'm enjoying these extended Monday walks.
