Reed Bunting - out on the path

I am struggling with a tree pollen allergy at the moment and can barely see through my itchy, streaming eyes. I  think it's the willow to blame but it could be birch 
To all those who say, 'but the pollen count is low at the moment'  - the tree pollen isn't low when you are outside and surrounded by willow and birch!
