Avenham Park, Preston

I think this is probably one of the strangest things I have ever seen in a park, but if you look at the extra photograph, I think you will agree that it gets even stranger. 

I tried to get members of my group to go down there, join in and find out what was going on. They refused. I offered good money to each and every one of them but they still refused.
