Spring clean

First of all I must say a big thank you for all the hearts and stars for yesterday's blip, which made it to page two of the popular pages. You don't realise how happy that makes me, but the real credit goes to our wonderful Yorkshire Dales. Such a variety of landscapes. We are so lucky.

Today would have been my mum's 110th birthday, and she always said it was the 1st day of Spring, no matter what they say these days.

This is my first day out in the garden this year, and it had a spring clean.
It amazes me that the snowdrops are still flowering along with the daffodils.

I had no aches and pains this morning after yesterday's walk, but after a few hours gardening, I ache all over! It is the bending that does it, but I haven't found out a way of gardening upright!i
