Jewel in the crown

The bell tower of Eglwys St. Tanwgs Church, Llandanwg, which I fell upon on my last walk along the Coastal path from Pensarn to Harlech on yet another beautiful evening.  The  little church was a delight and Evensong was just about to begin so I didn't get the chance to look inside but did brave the steep sand dunes surrounding it to get a shot of the whole of the Church and some of the gravestones and tombs;  one of the headstones, in extras, is for Sion Phillips, a famous Welsh poet alive at the same time as Shakespeare.

Need to do some more research on this little  'jewel in the crown'.
