Bee photobomb
I was taking photos of the crocus when the bumble bee luckily photobombed my shot. I have nt seen many bees yet but this one has been buzzing around and a very welcome visitor. With abit of research I think it's a buff tailed bumble bee.
The bluetits have been busy again and with siskins and all the finches at the feeders they need filling up regularly. The woodpecker ,long tailed tits and starlings seem to prefer the suet squares.
Mike went for a haircut so I went along and sat in the car and waited. Two oyster catchers kept me amused pulling up long earthworms and eating them like a long piece of spaghetti.
