The Summit

It's been a hazy day up here in The Retreat, with the cloud swirling around the hills, then breaking to a quick shower of rain, then back to more moody cloud.

As my desk is upstairs, I get a wonderful view out over the plains, but at the same time only need to walk out on to the balcony to look Nor'West towards the summit of Little Mount Peel, seen here amongst the swirling low clouds.

A rainbow broke out over the plains earlier, and you'll see the view across Peel Forest Estate (from my bathroom no less) if you check the extra pic.

Who knows I might even make it off the property tomorrow and give you a break from the views ;-)
