The City

Today we went to Auckland museum to learn a bit more about the city- the displays were very interesting and many were interactive, it covered everything from New Zealand wildlife and volcanoes to the Moari culture, and conflicts. We then headed downtown- the city has a trendy urban vibe, with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. We also headed to the harbour on the edge of the city- a lovely place to soak up the sun. Oo and much to Ben's delight one of the Airbnb hosts plays squash, so Ben got to have a game, finally!
