Grey day Lough Erne

After a great spell of weather today was mostly grey.  We went to Enniskillen to undertake interviews and a focus group with young people.  Having arrived int the town early we stopped for coffee in the Killyhevlin hotel.  We had considered returning there after the focus group, but a glance at the menu dissuaded us.  It is a long time since I saw a menu that included Chicken Maryland!  We did stop off for dinner on the way back but at a great gastro pub instead.
