Diet?

My eldest grandchild, aged 11, was with me for the day and I took the opportunity to bring him shopping and out for an early dinner with his friend. I haven't seen him for a while and was heartened and saddened by the child changing from a young boy to a young man....... I look forward to seeing him develop and form his own life.

My diet took a bit of a downturn yesterday which was slightly disappointing as I hoped to break the two stone barrier this week.... Doubt that now but am very with the progress I've been making.....ust saying...
