Good Friday
Long lie in first. Left only at midday and arrived in our hide away mid afternoon, just when it started snowing.
2.5 hours brisk walk into the Sertig valley and back with a stop at the Conrad farm shop to stock up on jam, dried meet, honey, eggs, vinaigre, cheese, liquor and herbal tea. Still heavily snowing outside, cosy inside with jazz playing and candles lit.
AF is coming for dinner tonight. Spring salad, brasato ravioli al burro e salvia, followed by a bie of goats cheese, Engadina bread and Riflessi d'Epoca from Brivio planned. Tiramisu and Easter chocolate optional :)
