An Emergency .......

 ........ Dish Blip!!

It's about the size of an average lady's hand and around one and a half inches deep (3.75cms) and it was bought for me in the early 1980's by my lovely Mum.  For various reasons I didn't have many "pretty" things back then and this has been treasured ever since.
 
It survived a move to Germany, a move of house there, the move back to England and one move here as well.  Always meticulously wrapped and protected - it's even more precious now my Mum has gone.

I'm having a very extra-sad "missing Mum" day today for some unknown reason and tears keep spilling - hard to believe it's almost ten months since she died.   Love you much, Mum.
