Disfigured

We took the train into town early to do some shopping.  We were all done by 10.15 and sat in a cafe opposite the Opera House watching out over the rainy pavement until it was time for the train back home.  This is a perfectly lovely building disfigured by a hideous modern extension and a carbuncle stuck on the front carrying gaudy advertising.  When I rule the world someone will pay for this sort of thing!
