How annoying!

Driving along the road when a plastic bag wafted in front of me, which I subsequently drove into as there was no escape however it didn't appear in the rear view mirror.

Sat at the traffic lights and there's a hot plastic smell, well you can see what's happened. Pulled as much of it off as I can so let's see what happens next time I have to use the car, hopefully it won't catch light!
