Blustery blipmeet
In Holywood, County Down! (I have already apologised for cutting everyone's legs off)
The N Ireland chapter of blip (OK, a trio) had a fun and very informative meet on a wet and wild Easter Monday. ColinParte proved to be an excellent teacher of mysterious camera stuff so mrshb70 and I took advantage of his expertise in f-stops, ISO and the like!
Have to confess that we spent most of the time in a coffee shop, but sallied forth for an hour to Kinnegar Pier to take some photos. We had to dive into Colin's car from time to time to avoid torrential rain, but managed to enjoy ourselves taking photos of the pier, the sea, planes, trains and Coke cans!
And each other: from l-r Cygnus, mrshb70 and ColinParte. Apologies, I can't do links to their blips on iPad mini, but do check them out! We've decided we'll try for a photography course together in the Autumn, as well as a few more blip outings.
My MonoMonday offering is the extra.
Many thanks, mrshb70 and Colin - it was a grand day out!
