A Penney For Them

This house was built on Balboa Island many decades ago by the Penney family of the JCPenney chain of department stores, and has remained largely the same while most other island homes have been remodelled or rebuilt - several of them in the style of the Penney home (though none as classy). It must have cost a pretty penny in its day, but will be worth many pennies more now!
