That is half a days points bar one if your on 30 points a day.

Its been a strange day. Helping someone who was not well, very ashamed to say we all thought it rather funny even the patient was laughing but it wasn't really a laughing matter and i hope they have a speedy recovery. I'm sure the person in question is really pleased we are not on the medical profession register as our diagnosis were nowhere near what the outcome became.

So with the drama over and someone settled with their medical team i set about finishing off some things before i leave.

After finishing work i had my weekly expedition to my healthy eating club, a pound off so well chuffed.

I've treated myself to a lemonn cheese cake in the non existance of a lenom meringue pie. But at 14 points per pot I will not have another in a hurry!
