Gloomy blossom

Our friends left this morning, and the house is once again a little too quiet and a little too dull.  To go with the down mood that always hangs around when guests have just gone, I have some undefined malaise.  Neither one thing nor the other, but a definite sense of all not being well in the world of SooB.  

Still, spring marches on around us, and now the later flowering of the two community cherry trees is in blossom.  I didn't do much marching on: more lying around and reading.
