A day of more organising a death.  At the moment it’s not official because the doctor hasn’t signed the death certificate.  Ridiculous!

Patient Panel hat on this morning, and a great meeting in Swansea.  Hopeful of making more progress again on some issues.

Thought of going for a walk up Pen y Fan this afternoon, but I’d forgotten that it was Easter holidays and it was absolutely heaving up there, so I did a U-turn and went home.
