Marsland Mouth
We are on the first day of our local walking group's short holiday in Cornwall. We arrived at lunchtime and promptly set off on a walk of 7 miles to the sea and back.
The walk began by walking up and down three wooded hills with lush moss, lichens and ferns visible amongst the mix of spring flowers. We came across an opening in the woodland that was full of primroses. Lovely views across the hills were appreciated and then came upon the beach at Marsland Mouth, see photo. After a quick stop for coffee we wandered back inland only going wrong once.
