Good people

What a day! Early (very early) into the office to get some jobs done, back home to make Mia breakfast, shower and pack for London.

Fenner had arranged an evening with friends to celebrate his fiftieth, he worked all the way down on the train whilst I relaxed and read a little.

We met a few friends at The Lyric in Soho and then moved on to the fantastic Pheonix Artists Club, where our friend Bibi had reserved a few tables for us. And we stayed there for the rest of the evening.

Soon there were seventeen of us around the table. All funny, clever, kind and wonderful people. They made me laugh so much and throughout the evening I watched Fenner, who was clearly having the best of time with some of his most favourite people around him.

Feeling very lucky to have such great friends.
