'Hidden Jewel'

A nice sunny day....(clouded over and rain arrived later in the day) We had a peaceful morning at Southover Grange, Lewes...the gardens date back to the 16th Century. No dogs or balls ....we saw several people ignoring the 'ball rule' .....balls being kicked into the beautiful flower beds. It's amazing how so many of my friends, who have lived here all their lives, are unaware of this lovely place. Cared for by Lewes Council for the people, it has a great history. The registry office is in the Grange...we saw a small, happy wedding group having their photos taken in the grounds.
