Cat Village

This is the home of the cats in our apartment's entrance! When I had first came to the neighborhood I am living in now, I was really shocked at the amount of cats living in it. I saw around three or four generations of cat families until now, so we, as the whole apartment, are like a family with the cats, so this picture means a lot to me. The picture shows their houses in which they stayed in during cold winter nights. During winter, believe me or not, these houses would all be full! However, it makes me really sad that there are people against cats living in the neighborhood, that put their boxes in trash and asks for them to be put in another place.

Sadly, there people who actually do this everywhere, not just our neighborhood. It sometimes shocks me how cruel people can be... You walk out of your house in a winter day, and you see a stray cat lying in front of the door. Wouldn't you at least give him clean water that he can drink!? No, instead, you can kick him or shout at him, scare him away from the only shelter he can find, which is the entrance in your home. They are living creatures, just like us, but people do this. Don't call yourself human if you do this! Being born as a human doesn't mean you stay one. I give food to every animal nearly everyday, including birds. I put water for them during summer, I put blankets for them in winter. I put food for stray dogs, even though I don't like dogs as I was chased by them several times. It is not that hard to become a human being, so at least try to be one.
