2016 Saturday -- For Sale $1,870,00

All throughout the past several months, we've watched this house being built. So we were surprised today to see that it is now "For Sale" by owner. I guess it was built to sell.

It's really two houses; there is a small residence over the garage that has a full kitchen and full bathroom. The large house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half baths. It also has an elevator.

Both of them have nice view. The price tag? -- You don't even want to know. It is priced very high.
