I shall be back!

It has been the briefest of stays but at least I know I shall be back for another week later this month. We did a bit of shopping and bought some monkfish which I shall prepare with rice, lemon and ras el hanout this evening. I then took Anna and Emily up to the perched village of Eus for coffee in the square and a bit of souvenir shopping in Villefranche. It will be an early night tonight so as to be up at 5.00 am in time for the first bus out of the village.
