A night for Wellingtons

Edinburgh has had non-stop drizzly rain pretty much all day so it was the kind of day that you needed a good pair of Wellington Boots. I didn't particularly want to do a boring blip of my dinner so we went for a walk and got a bit of shelter in front of the National Archives of Scotland and behind the statue of Duke of Wellington, the man who gave his name to rubber boots for keeping the dreich weather out.
