Smell the daffodils

I know it's meant to be wake up and smell the daisies. But that didn't work so well for my blip pic. So I changed it.

Well I woke up and felt fat. So before lunch I donned my running gear and ran to the Plough and Flail then back over very muddy fields to Lindow. It felt great. Fresh air, some sun, a an endorphin release and the chance to see all the pretty Cheshire countryside we have around us. Including these charming daffs.
