Lemon meringue pie à la française

We have a houseful of undergraduates in our flat this week. These are Lucile (the daughter of my friend Philippe, who visited us on 14th February), her boyfriend Angus, and their friend Chloe. This evening they cooked supper for us: beef stew with green beans and dauphinoise potatoes, followed by lemon meringue pie (blipped).

Earlier in the day I battled email and prepared papers for a meeting that takes place the week after next.

Exercise today: morning running loops in 30'11", sit-ups, weights and stretches, walk to work and back again (17,210 steps). Xiii.
