Many a slip

The Cowslip in the garden that has over the years expanded into a plant for each year (or so it seems).

A day of overcast, windy drizzle walls moving at a leisurely pace down the valley. Then some sun. And showers. Some seeds planted. Estate agents shown around the carcass of John's house. Talk of all that could be done with it, about the 'developer I have in mind' who would love to flip it round.

I have a feeling I may have quoted the other UK common names for the Cowslip before but here they are again in all their glorious variety (according to Wikipedia).

Cuy lippe, herb peter, paigle, peggle, key flower, key of heaven, fairy cups, petty mulleins, crewel, buckles, palsywort, plumrocks, tittypines.
